What brought you here?
Maybe you saw it on social media and got curious. Maybe someone told you about their session and you can’t stop thinking about it. Or maybe you’ve been sensing for a while that something wants to move, without quite knowing what.
You don’t need to know. Curiosity is enough for a first step.
Take that curiosity seriously. Give yourself two hours, in a space set up with care, where you don’t have to do anything, and see what happens.
What a Kundalini Activation is
It’s a guided experience. You lie on a mat, music plays, and I accompany you with my presence and, if you want, with gentle touch on a few points of the body. You don’t have to do anything: no special breathing, no meditating, no believing.
In the yoga tradition, “kundalini” is the name for life energy. Whether you believe in it or not, during a session the body sometimes responds on its own: warmth, tingling, trembling, spontaneous movement, laughter or tears. At other times a very deep calm sets in. Neither is better than the other.
Nobody can tell you in advance what you’ll experience, and be wary of anyone who promises to. What I can describe in detail is how a session works.
What it isn’t
- It isn’t Kundalini Yoga: no postures, no mantras, nothing to learn.
- It isn’t therapy or medical treatment, and it doesn’t replace either.
- It isn’t a religion or a movement: no doctrine, no membership, no guru.
I’m Sebas.
I live in Mallorca, between Cala Rajada and Palma. I speak English, Spanish, German and Catalan, so we’ll do the session in whichever language feels most like home to you.
I trained at the Activación Kundalini Academy (AKA), and today I’m a Facilitador AKA Master Trainer: I guide sessions and can train others to guide them too. Martial arts are part of my path as well.
In a session, three things matter to me: that you feel welcome from the first moment, that you always know what’s happening, and that you return to your day at your own pace.
What a session is like
About two hours, unhurried. The before and after matter as much as the activation itself.
-
Arriving and getting to know each otherabout 30 minutes
This is our opening conversation. We sit facing each other and talk calmly: you tell me what brings you, I explain what can and can’t happen, and we go through your questions. We talk about whether you’d like touch and agree on a signal to stop. For many people this is all new; this time is for you to arrive and feel at ease.
-
The activationaround an hour
You lie down on the mat, with a blanket if you like. The music starts. You can wear an eye mask or not, as you prefer. I’m with you the whole time. Whatever comes up is welcome: movement, stillness, emotion. If something doesn’t feel right, say so: we pause, change something, or I give you what you need. Sometimes it lasts a little longer, sometimes a little less.
-
Coming back and sharingabout 20 to 30 minutes
You come back slowly, at your own pace. If you like, we talk about what you experienced; if you’d rather stay quiet, that’s fine too. You leave with a few pointers for the coming days, and if questions come up later, you can message me any time.
One-to-one Kundalini Activation session
About 2 hours, in Cala Rajada or Palma. I’ll confirm the exact place when you book.
Not medical or psychological treatment. Before booking, please read who it isn’t suitable for.
A space set up with care. You decide.
Safety doesn’t come from a promise; it comes from clear ground rules. Here are mine:
- You stay awake and responsive. You can open your eyes, sit up or stop whenever you want, without explaining.
- Touch only happens if you say yes first, and always over your clothes. You can change your mind at any moment; a no always counts.
- You come in comfortable clothes and keep them on the whole time.
- No alcohol, no drugs: just music, your body and your attention.
- Sharing is optional. You don’t have to tell me anything you don’t want to.
- Nothing is photographed or recorded without your permission.
- It’s a one-to-one session, in a quiet room, with no audience.
What can happen
Every session is different, even for the same person. Some things people describe:
- warmth or tingling
- trembling or movements that arise on their own
- laughter or tears
- colours or images behind closed eyes
- a very deep stillness
- or simply rest
If you don’t feel much, you’re not doing it wrong. There’s no right way to experience it.
The days after
The session can stay with you for a few days: tiredness, more vivid dreams, wanting to be alone, or lots of energy. Sometimes there’s a mild headache, or appetite and sleep change; this usually passes soon. I recommend taking it easy for about four days, noticing how you feel, eating lightly and avoiding alcohol and recreational drugs. If anything worries you, message me; if you have physical or severe symptoms, see your doctor.
His first session
I felt at ease and welcome from the very first second. Sebastian took plenty of time to prepare me, was really attentive to me and told me honestly what to expect. He held the space beautifully. It was my first session, and I went through a very intense process.
Translated from German. A real testimonial, published with his permission.
Is it for you?
It may be right for you if…
- you’re curious and would rather experience it than read about it,
- you’d like to let go of control for a while,
- you prefer a one-to-one session to a group,
- you like to know how everything works before you start.
Better not, or not yet, if…
- you’re more than 10 weeks pregnant (in the first 10 weeks, please check with your doctor or midwife first and always tell me in our opening conversation),
- you have serious heart, respiratory, nervous-system (for example epilepsy), bone or joint conditions,
- you have an acute mental health condition, psychosis or schizophrenia, or you’re going through a time when strong emotions afterwards would be hard to handle,
- you’re under 18,
- you’ve had alcohol or taken drugs.
If you have a medical condition, take medication or are in treatment, check with your doctor first and tell me about it in our opening conversation. We’ll take the time to talk it through.
Important: Kundalini Activation sessions are a wellbeing and self-exploration practice. They are not medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic treatment, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and do not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment by healthcare professionals. Do not stop or change any treatment or medication without consulting your doctor. Everyone experiences the sessions differently; no specific result is promised.
Questions I’m often asked
What if I don’t feel anything?
That can happen, and it’s fine. Some people have a very intense session; others, especially at first, mostly feel calm. It’s not a test: there’s nothing to achieve. Sometimes what you notice shows up in the days after.
Can I lose control?
You stay awake and responsive. Your body may move or tremble on its own, and you’re still there, observing. You can open your eyes, sit up or stop whenever you want. I’m right beside you the whole time.
Will you touch me?
Only if you want me to. In our opening conversation I explain how and where: a gentle touch, always over your clothes and never on intimate areas. If you’d rather not be touched at all, that’s fine too. And during the session you can say no at any moment: a word or a signal is enough.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can lie down and move in, ideally without zips or metal buttons at the front. Bring a bottle of water and, if you like, a jumper. I have the mat, blanket, cushion and eye mask.
Can I eat or drink beforehand?
Eat something light a few hours before and avoid alcohol and recreational drugs on the day of the session, ideally also the day before and the days after. Take your usual medication as normal.
Can I drive or work afterwards?
Take your time before getting behind the wheel and, if you can, keep the rest of the day free. We’ll talk about it at the end of the session, depending on how you feel.
Is it the same as Kundalini Yoga?
No. Kundalini Yoga is an active practice with postures, breathing and mantras. In an activation you don’t have to do anything: you just lie there and let it happen.
Is it religious? A cult?
No. You don’t need to believe in anything, and there’s no doctrine, membership or guru. You come, have the session and leave. If you want to come back, you come back.
Isn’t it all in the mind?
A fair question. Expectation and setting shape any experience, and nobody can fully explain what happens in an activation. My suggestion: come without believing or disbelieving, observe, and judge by how you feel in the days after.
How many sessions do I need?
One session is complete in itself. If you’d like more, you can come back after a few weeks, but there are no packages and no commitments.
Where are the sessions?
In a quiet room in Cala Rajada or in Palma. I’ll send you the exact location when you book.
In which language?
In English, Spanish, German or Catalan. You choose.
How do I book and pay?
Message me on WhatsApp or Instagram. We’ll find a date together and I’ll confirm the place, time and how to pay.
What if I need to cancel?
Let me know as early as possible and, if you like, we’ll find another date.
The next step is a small one.
Drop me a line: I’ll reply personally, we’ll go through your questions and, if it feels right, find a date. No obligation.
